TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-The program is performed by memory.

-All auditions are held in public.

-The results are announced after the completion of each round of auditions.

-Contestants do not receive any fees for their performances or for the subsequent use of audio or video materials recorded during the contest.

-The competition administration has the exclusive right to create, use, distribute, and post online audio and video recordings of the competition auditions and the final concert of the winners.

-The competition will be covered in the media: social networks, print publications, radio, television, and online.

-The jury has the right to shorten a participant's program.

-The jury has the right to divide prizes and not to award certain prizes provided for in the Regulations.

-The jury's decision is final and cannot be appealed or reviewed.

-The contest administration does not provide participants and their relatives with any type of insurance.

-The contest administration is not responsible for persons accompanying contest participants.

At the request of participants, the competition administration may provide the following services:

-Information about hotels, hostels, and dormitories in Odessa.

-Organization of transfers from the train or bus station (by prior arrangement and at the participant's expense).
