FOUNDERS
Maksym Dyedikov and Viorika Dyedikova were born 1987 on the Black Sea coast, Maksym in Odesa, Viorika in Crimea, both in families of musicians.
Life presented them possibilities to study in the leading European music academies, to practice with such great teachers as Zakhar Bron, Natalia Shakhovska, Natalia Gutman, Frans Helmerson, Gary Hoffman, Dmitri Bashkirov and to cooperate with worldwide wellknown musicians -Yuri Bashmet, Vladimir Spivakov, Seiji Ozawa, Simon Rattle, Eliso Virsaladze, Oleh Krysa, etc.
Music critics described their playing as attractive, extremely sensitive, inspired, and at the same time full of deep meaning.
Going through the knowledge and individuality of each of the musicians, their performing skills seem to melt into a precious fusion of depth and simplicity.
2008 Maksym was honored to perform for The British Royal Family; 2012 he awarded the honorary title “Best cellist of the year” by Cello Faculty of the Reina Sofia School of Music – the award, which he received personally from Queen Sofía of Spain.
